Sophie Gregory is a dairy farmer running two dairy farms with 600 cows across both, alongside supporting land including arable. She has built her business from the ground up through share farming, opportunity and determination, and now farms across both organic and conventional systems.

Sophie is passionate about championing British dairy, educating the next generation about food and farming, and helping connect the public with life on farm. She also works across the wider industry through leadership roles and speaking opportunities, always bringing an honest and practical farmer’s voice.
